What is a Support Group
A support group is a group people who support each other over a problem which all members share. A support group offers support and solutions to a problem and offers community resources for individuals. A support group is meant to keep people in the solution and problem solving.
A support group is not to be used as a substitute for therapy and is not considered therapy at all. Members of a support group that feel their symptoms are on-going need to seek professional help.
